I live in Los Angeles. I order arrangements from Columbia to be delivered in New York several times a year. The arrangements always creative and exceed my expectations. They always arrive on time. And as a courtesy, since I am across the country, Columbia sends me a photo of the finished delivered product. I am always pleased, never disappointed. This is the most AMAZING florist. I send arrangements to people in various parts of the country from time to time. I have had some awful experiences with other florists. Columbia never falls short. Even for unusual requests. Their customer service is phenomenal. Their attention to each order is personal. I live in Los Angeles and never hesitate to order from Columbia even when I cant be there to see the arrangement. Their arrangements are MAGICAL.

Excellent design and fresh flowers. However, late delivery (at a cost of $20) of a distance of 2 miles finally made at 5:30PM, after phone calls and email, for an order made three days prior was far too late for an afternoon celebration of my wife’s birthday.

My wife absolutely loved her caked themed flower arrangement. I'm glad that they actually called me as I had asked and that the delivery arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again and I think that the pricing was worth it.
