I was introduced to Columbia Florist by my supervisor who used this company even though she lived in White Plains and we worked in the Bronx. Although I've used this florist for the past 8-10 years as a walk-in, this is the 3rd time I have gifted the Emerald Garden Basket via an online order. Each recipient has loved it because the plants are fresh, hardy, beautifully arranged, continue to grow, and arrive as pictured! No Photoshop tricks with this arrangement -- what you see is what you get! The staff at Columbia Florist is friendly and accommodating. Even when I said I would pick up the gift, and then called the next day for the basket to be delivered, there was no problem. The basket arrived within the promised time-frame. You can't go wrong with this basket of plants or ordering from Columbia Florist! (I am a happy camper, and I was neither paid nor bribed to write my review. No one wants to be embarrassed by a thank you or congratulatory gift.) CeeCee Inwood, NY
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
